If you are a Maryland resident and need packaging to mail your product back to MRM, please call 1-888-769-0149 or email *********************. We will mail you the packaging you need at no charge to you.
You may wish to remove personal information and data from devices prior to recycling. This includes data on hard drives, cell phones (especially smart phones), network equipment such as firewalls, routers and switches, USB travel drives, and printers.
Some websites to assist you in wiping your data include, but are not limited to, DBAN and Eraser.
