MRM provides turn-key assistance to manufacturers in complying with the many state producer responsibly requirements. Manufacturers can participate with MRM to comply with the regulatory requirements in the various states and can also take advantage of MRM’s National Recycling Program to have immediate participation in a consumer recycling program that provides environmentally responsible recycling opportunities across the country.

 

Current MRM Regulatory Services 

 

In 2009, MRM operates recycling programs in the following states:

  • Minnesota

  • Oklahoma

  • Oregon

  • Rhode Island

  • Texas

  • Virginia

  • West Virginia

In 2010, MRM will add compliance recycling programs in the following states:

  • Connecticut

  • Hawaii (Pending state approval of independent plan)

  • Indiana

  • Illinois

  • Michigan

  • Missouri

  • New Jersey

  • North Carolina

  • Wisconsin

  • New York City (Pending)

MRM’s National Recycling Program

MRM’s National Recycling Program is designed to provide environmentally responsible recycling opportunities for consumers across the country. Manufacturers can have access to a convenient, ready-to-go national electronics recycling program when they join MRM’s National recycling program.
