MRM’s goal is the creation of national recycling
infrastructure that provides convenient recycling
opportunities to consumers for used electronic products.
Environmentally Sound Management Practices
MRM
only utilizes recyclers, whose practices comply with all
applicable laws, including but not limited to adequate
record keeping, tracking the fate of recycled materials,
performance audits and inspections, provisions for
reuse/refurbishment and financial assurances.

Most MRM drop-off sites accept all types and
brands of consumer electronics for
recycling. MRM sites accept
Mitsubishi,
Panasonic,
Sharp and Toshiba brand TVs
and consumer electronics such as VCRs and
DVDs at no charge. There may be a
charge for recycling other brands or
products in certain states.
